Thanks for your interest in training at Roark Gyms! It's great that you're looking to make some healthy lifestyle changes through fitness. We can definitely help get you to where you want to be (and further)! You’ll be surrounded by a very positive, hard working group of like-minded people.
Our training is varied every day, and involves cardio on row, ski, and fan bike machines, as well as bodyweight exercises and weights (kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells). We program in 6 week cycles, all with a specific focus that will help you become leaner, build strength, and help you feel better and move better. Our goal is to get you in the best shape of your life, injury free, so you can enjoy your passions outside the gym.
